Labour and Employment LawyerWe are looking for an intermediate level lawyer to complement our existing labour and employment practice. The successful candidate will have experience representing management in a wide range of matters, including human resource advising, labour board and arbitration proceedings, defending discrimination and human rights complaints, wrongful dismissal, workers’ compensation and health and safety. The preferred candidate will have a proven ability to market, grow and be a leader in this practice area. |
Director of Knowledge ServicesThis is a unique opportunity for someone looking for a different kind of legal career. In this key leadership role, we are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual who enjoys taking responsibility for projects. Responsibilities include overseeing library services, precedent systems, student programs, continuing legal education and knowledge sharing for our lawyers and staff. This role also provides research and drafting services for all practice areas. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of solid legal research experience, excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail. |
