Practice
Catherine’s practice encompasses a broad range of commercial litigation matters including breach of contract, bankruptcy and insolvency and debt recovery. Catherine is also well versed in tort actions, including defamation, product liability and professional negligence. In addition to representing clients before the courts, Catherine is experienced in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
