Craig Ross is a member of the firm's Wills, Estates & Trusts Law Group and the Family Business Law Group.

Practice

Craig works closely with clients and other professional advisors to develop a customized estate plan which gives maximal effect to their individual desires while applying estate planning tools such as spousal, income-splitting, and insurance trusts to minimize adverse tax consequences. Craig also represents and advises Estate Trustees, beneficiaries, heirs, and dependants in the administration of estates and in disputes that arise therefrom.
