Karen Groulx is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation Law Group, Construction Law Group and Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring Law Group.
Practice
Karen's practice focuses on Information Technology and Intellectual Property disputes, and disputes arising in the construction industry, including liens, bonds and trust claims. She also has experience acting for both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad spectrum of commercial litigation including, fraudulent transactions, corporate and shareholder disputes, complex contractual disputes and the enforcement of real and personal property security. She handles professional negligence claims, including claims involving liability of accountants, lawyers, engineers and architects. Karen has appeared before all levels of the Ontario courts and is well versed in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation and arbitration.
