Practice
A significant portion of Murray’s practice involves commercial leasing, advising both landlords and tenants on all aspects of commercial leasing, in particular the negotiation, preparation and enforcement of commercial leases. Acting for both landlords and tenants gives him significant insight into what is important to both sides.
The balance of his practice involves assisting clients with business acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, technology contracts and licensing, shareholder and partnership arrangements and disputes, distributorship arrangements and trademark and franchise transactions.
