He designs solid legal foundations to support profitable business ventures for new and established companies, applying his expertise in business structures, mergers and acquisitions, financing arrangements, and all types of contractual arrangements.
Murray's problem solving skills clear the way for businesses to succeed when faced with contractual and shareholder disputes and insolvency. He has a special interest in resolving disputes in family-owned businesses and in helping businesses transition to the next generation .
