Practice
Maureen combines creative big picture thinking with a practical but thorough application of legal thought to design structures, solve problems and create opportunities for clients in many areas of business law. These include the creation, organization and operation of businesses and non-profit organizations, and the negotiation, documentation and enforcement of various types of commercial arrangements, including partnership, shareholder, franchise, consulting and financing arrangements, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Maureen is a registered trade-mark agent and regularly deals with intellectual property issues.
