Practice
Pamela provides a broad range of advice and representation to employers. Her practice includes contract negotiation and collective bargaining, all aspects of labour and employee relations, human rights investigations and tribunal hearings, assisting management with workers' compensation and rate assessment issues, and defending wrongful dismissal claims.
