Ray Mikkola heads up the firm's Commercial Real Estate Practice.
Practice
Ray acts for purchasers, lenders and vendors of real property. Ray has extensive experience dealing with developers, builders and lenders in all aspects of land development. He has particular expertise in condominium law and acts for declarants and numerous condominium corporations as corporate counsel. Ray prepares joint venture and co-ownership agreements and a wide variety of related documents for multiple party developments and ventures.
Ray’s areas of practice include real property tax appeals, expropriations, electronic registration and conveyancing issues, purchases, sales, mortgages, insolvency, telecommunications, condominium law, GST and development charges.
