Thomas Santram is a member of the firm's Commercial Real Estate Law Group.
Practice
Thomas conducts transactions involving property sales and acquisitions, divestitures, land subdivision and development, as well as mortgage financing. Thomas represents clients in the public and private sector, including various levels of government, large financial institutions and land developers. He is also responsible for the acquisitions, sales and other real estate-related matters for one of Ontario's largest public school boards.
Thomas has also acted on corporate-commercial matters, including commercial leases, license agreements and other contracts, business asset and share purchases, corporate restructuring, and secured financing transactions.
